Our famous Bluestone chicken breast dusted and pan-seared, finished with our fresh Marsala Sauce. Served with garlic mash-potatoes & asparagus.
Fresh Norwegian Salmon
Fresh Bourbon-soy Salmon filet basted with our house herbed and seasonings. Served with our choice of sides.
